The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, fixed October 31 for the arraignment of the Peoples Democratic Party’s governorship candidate in the September 22, 2018 election in Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, and four others, on charges of examination malpractices.

Adeleke who claimed he knows nothing about the exams malpractices, lambasted on president Buhari saying that,  he Buhari is taking him to court over exams malpractices while a young girl was killed by Bokoharam under his watch and couldn't do anything to save her life, demanding Buhari to present his own certificate if only he had one.

Senator Adeleke who was defeated in the last Osun governorship election conducted on september 22, 2018 has rejected the fact the lose the election adding that the INEC still have to add up 2,000 votes.
