The Nigerian Bar Association, an assemblage of Lawyers in Nigeria, has demanded that the Osun rerun election hung on September 27, missed the mark regarding anything near free and fair election.
The association details instances of how the police allegedly in collusion with thugs selectively prevented voters from accessing polling units
The legal association in a report by its ad hoc committee on the rerun, said the actions and inaction of the police during the poll showed that it had been compromised.
The lawyers, short of mentioning APC as the party's whose thugs worked with the police to rubbish the election, called for the arrest of all those involved, and their prosecution
