Aso Rock And The Rest of The World In Shock, As Nnamdi Kanu Wipes Tears Off Nigerians Faces

The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), led by Nnamdi Kanu, has secured the bail of three of its members detained in Aba prisons.

IPOB also paid the house rents of two of the members, Zeruwa Kalu and Emeka Umelor. It was learned that the pro-Biafra activists have been in Aba Prisons since last year following their arrest during the “Operation Python Dance” by the Nigerian army

The secessionists were detained on September 12, 2017, in Umuahia prisons and charged for terrorism, attached with other frivolous charges, and remanded in Aba Prisons.

Ibeh Gift Amarachi, who is serving IPOB as a legal representative, broke the news on Facebook.

She uploaded the picture then captioned it: “IPOB Leadership secured their Bail and perfection of Bail conditions made, hence their release.

“The Leadership did not stop at securing their release, but accorded Ten Thousand Naira Transport fare to each of the victims, as the House Rents of Zeruwa Kalu and Emeka Umelor was taken care of, a month before their release.

“In furtherance, their Bank Account details were taken, as demanded by IPOB Leadership, to fix their health and wellbeing.”

Reacting to the gesture, the three IPOB members thanked their leadership for securing their release.
